Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 09abet ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 09abet website at https://09abet.org and all associated services, products, and features. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the 09abet platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

09abet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of 09abet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 09abet platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or problem gambling database that would prohibit your participation.

09abet takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Until satisfactory verification is received, we may restrict account functionality including deposits, withdrawals, and access to betting markets. Any winnings accumulated during a period where age cannot be verified may be withheld pending successful verification.

Account Registration and Maintenance

To place bets or access real-money games on 09abet, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use false identities, aliases, or the details of another person under any circumstances.

One account per person is strictly enforced. Each individual is permitted a single active account on the 09abet platform. Any attempt to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances within them being voided without compensation.

09abet reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Players will be notified by email before any administrative closure is actioned.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

09abet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposit limits may apply based on the payment method selected and your account verification status. 09abet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. We aim to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours of request, subject to verification checks being complete.

09abet reserves the right to request additional identity and payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of the request may result in withdrawal suspension until the matter is resolved.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

09abet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus policy rules that apply to all 09abet promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without completing the applicable wagering requirement.
• 09abet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, provided that any in-progress wagering requirement is honoured.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of exploitation, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Free bet tokens have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings generated from free bet tokens (minus the stake value where applicable) may be withdrawn subject to wagering requirements.
• 09abet may at its discretion limit or exclude a player from specific promotions based on their betting history, account standing, or other criteria.

Betting Rules and Settlement

All bets placed on 09abet are subject to our betting rules, which govern how markets are offered, how bets are accepted, and how results are settled. By placing any bet on the platform, you accept these rules in full.

• Bet acceptance: 09abet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet is placed on an event whose outcome has already been determined, or where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted based on account history and market liquidity.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.). In cricket, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies where applicable. 09abet will use the result at the end of official play, not any subsequent review or appeal.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise does not reach the minimum completion threshold defined in our sport-specific rules. Voided bets are refunded as account credit.
• Obvious errors: In the case of palpable errors in odds (e.g., a match with odds of 1000/1 that should clearly be 10/1), 09abet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account via your account settings or by contacting support.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09abet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of collusion with third parties to manipulate the outcome of events.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any money-laundering purpose.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
• Any attempt to defraud 09abet, its staff, or other players through any means whatsoever.

Privacy, Data Protection, and Communications

09abet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

By registering with 09abet, you agree to receive transactional communications (account confirmations, deposit and withdrawal notifications, security alerts) by email or SMS. Transactional communications cannot be opted out of while your account remains active, as they are necessary for the operation of your account.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

09abet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: system downtime, delayed or failed payments, errors in odds or market data, or the actions of third-party payment processors. Our aggregate liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the 09abet platform should in the first instance be directed to our support team at [email protected]. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes amicably within 30 business days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. 09abet does not guarantee a particular resolution in your favour but commits to engaging in good faith dispute resolution in all cases.
